PAYMENT:
1. Please make sure that you offer the correct delivery information before you paid,full name and telephone number is very important.
2. Payment will be deposited securely in Escrow and released to us only after you confirm delivery.

SHIPMENT:
1. Orders are processed within 2 days after payment and verification.
2. We only ship to confirmed order addresses. Your order address MUST MATCH your mailing address.
3. SERVICE TRANSIT TIME is provided by the carrier and excludes weekends and holidays. Transit times may vary, particularly during the holiday season.
4. Delivery time During Holiday Season (Christmas, Chinese New Year, etc.) may be longer than normal time. Please add another 5-10 days as a delay.
5. If you do not receive the parcel beyond the time limit, please contact us and please do not open the case, we will try our best to keep track of the latter, tracking the details for you.

RETURN REFUND:
1.If the item is not suitable for your car or damaged in transit, you have 7 days to contact us from the date it was received. We will help you exchange or refund.
2.All returned items must be in the ORIGINAL packaging and you must provide us with the tracking number.
