Refund policy

Allow 10-30 days for a refund to be debited back to your account. Returns will be issued when a product is under the supplier's warranty terms. Some suppliers will only give a refund after the product is received and proven faulty from factory or damaged during transport and after the product reached the supplier headquarter for audit/inspection. In some case a refund might take up to 90 days to be refunded or the product may be exchanged for a functioning one. Returns are only acceptable from unopened products, not functioning products and non intimal wearables (i.e: socks, underwear, hygiene products, chemicals).
